So I take it that Richardson hasn't been paying attention to how poorly the health insurance mandate is working in Massachusetts? It always amazes me that politicians propose the same bad ideas that are failing elsewhere. I guess it's more important to be seen as "doing something" rather than actually trying to fix the problem.
