Right on! SCHIP is one of current liberal hypes that drives me wild! What about the parents in the San Luis Valley that thronged to the free dental clinic because dental care was "unaffordable"? I don't remember a year, even if my Dad's wheat crop failed, that our mother didn't take me and my two brothers to the closest dentist (over 100 miles away). And, can you believe it, paid with cash!
