The SCHIP expansion in Ohio was passed by a Republican controlled legislature. Some of the conservative Republicans understand that they the party here has been RINO so long that they are in grave danger of losing control of the legislature in 08. Dick Armey says it best "When you act like your opponents talk you will lose".
