In Minnesota of all places! Outstanding! What is interesting about MinuteClinic, Twin Cities based, is that it adaptted its business to contract with insurers. Perhaps this has habituated insurers to dealing with transparent prices and made it easier for everyone to gradually get a little more comfortable with it.
