Really, this is amazing. Here in Minnesota, the so-called "Freedom to Breathe Act" (a smoking ban) will take effect next month.

It sounds over-the-top to say this, but health care is becoming the cover for ... what? Fascists? Totalitarians? Neo-puritans? Nah, the puritans enjoyed a good "beere." (See http://preview.tinyurl.com/27r3py)

I suppose "nanny statists" is good enough.
