Now for some more on Hillary Care II. There is a statement in the release that reads “the provision of high quality care, not excessive profits and marketing.” In other words, part of our health care problem is the profit and business overhead of those greedy insurance companies. Who will decide what are excessive profits and overhead? I’m going out on a limb but I’m thinking the same people who set 10,000 prices in 3,000 counties (namely, CMS) will bring their ample talents to assist in this matter. The overhead ploy of the left is really getting old. The whole basis for socialized industries was getting rid of this “excess” cost. I think the only three places left on the planet that buys this nonsense are North Korea, Cuba and Schools of Public Health in American universities. In a future post I will point out why overhead is much HIGHER in public run health care.
