Cascade Policy Institute summer intern Anthony Stinton gives his views on why SCHIP should not be expanded in a recent commentary, NO SCHIP.

Anthony, who graduated first in his class from the US Air Force Academy and now attends Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, says:
