Well, I guess people on Medicare shouldn't be counted as being insured, either. Even Karen Davis of the far-left Commonwealth Fund concedes that Medicare pays only 50% of the bills of a beneficiary, and the elderly are left to pay 21% of their incomes out-of-pocket for uncovered Medicare expenses.
