The Incredible Shrinking Pool of School Districts

The State of Maine is hoping to dramatically cut the number of school districts down from 290 to 80. That's unfortunate, as one of the few choices that families have when it comes to education is to move to another district. If the number of districts goes down, the power of choice declines even more.
