Crisis of Convenience: You Can't Keep a Busy Bureaucrat Down
I'm shocked, shocked that primary care physicians oppose these clinics!! I think a smart guy had this figured out 231 years ago:

We in Colorado have been assured by people from State Coverage Initiatives (a Robert Wood Johnson initiative) that Healthy New York is a program that we would do well to emulate. Guess that spending all that money is supposed to make us feel better even though it goes straight down a number of government ratholes without, apparently, doing much to reduce the measures that the left uses for system performance.
This must be what happens when shopping therapy degenerates into spending therapy.
