It's just appalling how lame many employers are at dealing with the health care "crisis". My approach is to ask them: "How should your employees get their groceries, from you or the government?" "How should they get their homes, from you or the government?" "...their cars, from you or the government?" They grasp the absurdity of the questions immediately, answering: "Neither, they buy those things themselves, with their wages or salaries." "Aha!", I say, "So why would you not allow them the same choice in health care?"
