Georgia Governor Proposes Plan for Uninsured
Wow. This sounds very familiar to Maine's Dirigo Health initiative, passed in 2003 and now almost universally viewed as a costly failure.
Governor Perdue should look at Maine's experience and not embark on this failed strategy.
