July 31 would have been the 95th birthday of legendary economist and advocate for personal liberty, Milton Friedman. The Friedman Foundation is encouraging policy groups to use the day as an occasion to celebrate the Friedman legacy.

Among the groups that will celebrate the man and the ideas he (and we) hold dear: the Commonwealth Foundation (Harrisburg, PA) and the Maryland Public Policy Institute (Annapolis).
