Victory for freedom of association, speech

Filed As:  Education (k-12)EmploymentGeneral

The U.S. Supreme Court has just ruled that states may forbid unions from taking money without asking, at least from non-members who (still) have to pay a fee for collective bargaining expenses. Teachers vs. Union has the news.
