I know that Georgia is in a drought, but this next item, via the Georgia Public Policy Foundation, is odd:

"Forget Casual Fridays. The Georgia Department of Agriculture now has Razor-Free Fridays, when department employees will be encouraged to not shave in order to save water."

I suppose that not taking showers would save water, too.
