What CCA is trying to do is stop a train from going off a cliff, and increasing tax deductibility of insurance will do little to help and may make the problem worse.
We must stop utilization and find creative ways to reduce it.. and the largest problem is not insurance coverage alone, but making people more healthy... we cannot ignore the fact that smoking, drinking, addiction, is the main problem and abuse of prescription and illegal drugs...
We have to reduce this and have premiums based on these risks...otherwise, we will face a draconian health care crisis, leading to government run health care
