So what's the latest idea in government at the start of baseball season? Having a government agency take over Wrigley Field. John Tillman, chairman of the Illinois Policy Institute, thinks that's a bad idea. Writing in Crains Chicago Business, he asks "Why would anyone recommend that a revered private asset be turned over to a state government that has demonstrated repeated fiscal irresponsibility and mismanagement of taxpayer dollars?"
