More Avenues for School Choice

If you're at all familiar with school choice, you have probably heard of the voucher programs in Milwaukee and Cleveland. But sometimes measures that promote school choice can be found in the most unusual places.

The Ocean State Policy Research Institute points to a tax credit enacted a few years ago in Rhode Island. It gives tax credits for donations to scholarship organizations.
