Paving the Road with Partnerships

Fuel efficiency is up, meaning that taxes to support road maintenance and construction may not be able to keep up with the needs of a growing and prospering society. The Show-Me Institute suggests in a new report that private-public partnerships and tolling can help fill the gap.
