"Atlanta Canada?" I'm not familiar with that. Perhaps the newspaper cited in this blog entry meant to say "Atlantic Canada," as in the easternmost provinces. Generally, they are also the poorest, meaning that, in Canada's provincially-funded health system, they're also at risk for having an unsustainable health care system.
