I'd say it is the state that's greedy. It, in the form of Governor Richardson's plan, wants to require physicians to take whatever payment public programs or commercial insurers deem sufficient.

If you don't yet believe that health insurance is not the same as health care, wait until no one wants to work for what the state is willing to pay...
