What's really amazing is given the crashing and burning of this thing other states continue to look at it as a model for reducing the uninsured. Guess who's next? You won't believe it. UTAH!

Why has nobody in Massachusetts made an ERISA case against the Commonwealth Connector? Maybe they just think that health care in the Bay State was already so messed up it could not get any worse!?!
