School Choice Database for Colorado

Filed As:  Education (k-12)

Even if it doesn't have a voucher or tuition tax credit program, Colorado does has a measure of school choice. The Independence Institute lets parents explore these options in its web site, SchoolChoiceForKids.org. (There's a Spanish-language version one as well.)

The site has information about open enrollment and private scholarship options, report cards on schools, and more.

The institute has been a leader in going beyond the standard op-ed or report. These sites are just another example of how a "think" tank can also be a "do" tank.
