When prices have meaning, borders don't

Appropos of John Goodman's post on telemedicine, IndUShealth is a Raleigh-based company that helps uninsured individuals and self-insured companies save on surgical procedures by scheduling procedures in India. US hospitals may not save money with outsourcing and have no reason to pass along what savings they do get. After all, it's not like anyone really cares about price.
